Pop-Up Meditation & Group Energy Healing

Join Meredith Marsh for a deeply restorative, one-hour experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you with your body.

Participants are invited to arrive up to 15 minutes early to settle in. The session begins promptly and includes a guided grounding meditation, followed by 45 minutes of group energy healing, with hands-on Reiki and intuitive energy work offered to each participant.

This pop-up is intentionally intimate to preserve a quiet, supportive environment and allow for personalized energetic attention.
